With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including 8 years in corporate leadership, I’ve worked across a wide range of dining concepts, from nightclubs and bars to fast casual and fine dining. My career journey—from Hostess to Vice President of Operations—has provided me with a deep, multi-faceted understanding of what it takes to run a successful restaurant operation. This breadth of experience has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to drive operational excellence, enhance guest experiences, and maximize profitability in any restaurant setting.
Throughout my career, I’ve been instrumental in opening and optimizing multiple restaurants, streamlining processes, and driving revenue growth. I’ve also successfully managed multi-unit operations and led teams to create sustainable, profitable businesses.
